I'm a filmmaker with over fifteen years of experience across documentary, NGO content and branded film. I produce, direct, self-shoot and edit, and I'm equally available to work across all of those roles or any one of them individually.
My feature documentary One Rogue Reporter, co-directed with Rich Peppiatt, premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest and went on to UK cinema release and Netflix distribution. My NGO work includes films for Sightsavers, MSI Reproductive Choices, Concern, CBM and Thomson Reuters Foundation, alongside commercial clients including Michael Kors, Pfizer and W Hotels.
Before returning to freelance I spent four years at international development NGO Sightsavers, where I led a production team, developing projects from creative concepts to delivery and oversaw documentary output across global campaigns. That in-house experience shapes the consultancy I now offer NGOs on video strategy, content production and impact storytelling.
Recent awards include Best of the Festival Documentary at Superfest Disability Film Awards 2025 for Equal World?, produced and directed with disability rights advocates across Pakistan, Zimbabwe and Sierra Leone, and multiple Smiley Charity Film Awards including Gold for ‘Don’t Fail Us’, a film featuring children with disabilities in Sierra Leone.
I'm at my strongest when I'm involved early. The edit is where I'm most at home, but the project is always better when I've had a hand in shaping it from the start.
